History of Lads
Lads Against Lucifer was started in New Braunfels, Texas by a group of six high school juniors seeking authentic community and growth in their relationship with God. The group met every Thursday night to eat together and discuss all aspects of life. After nine months of life changing conversations, the group decided to start inviting more people. The group grew quickly, eventually averaging around twenty-five people each week. After seeing God work week in and week out through the honest conversations being had at Lads, the group decided to bring the Lads model to other high school and college campuses. Our hope is for God to use Lads to impact lives on your campus, just as He has done in New Braunfels.

The Mission of Lads is to:
I: Encourage authentic community.
II: Hold brothers accountable through the discussion of:
God, Garbage, Good, Guys, and Girls
III: Encourage a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
IV: Explore God's divine word together.
V: Pray with and for our brothers.
VI: Go against the grain of culture.
VII: Bear fruit for God's Kingdom.

About the Logo
About the Logo
Our logo consists of two Greek 'L's. The first 'L' is uppercase, symbolizing 'Lads'; and the second is lowercase, symbolizing 'lucifer'. Greek was chosen due to the Biblical significance of the Greek people in the time of Jesus. Romans 1:16 states that salvation was given first to the Jews and then to the Gentiles. Jesus Christ died to save both Jew and Gentile, which means that all who believe in Him are welcome in His kingdom.
